Can I drop by your bakery?
No. I am a licensed and insured home bakery located in North Las Vegas and therefore cannot welcome drop- in visitors. I am available weekdays by appointment only. Please fill out an Order Form to inquire about availability for your event and to schedule an appointment.
How much are your cakes?
Each cake varies in price according to the number of servings needed, chosen cake and filling flavors, and intricacy of design. Consultations are highly recommended in order to thoroughly discuss all your cake ideas and questions but a quick estimate can be provided by email provided the aforementioned details are included in the email.
Is there a minimum order?
A minimum order of $75 is required to place an order. This is the starting price for the smallest cake size we offer.
Do you offer cupcakes or cakepops?
Cupcakes and cakepops are solely offered in complement to an existing cake order. There is a one flavor per two dozen minimum order.
How much cake do I need?
The serving chart below offers examples of cake sizes you may choose from for your event. I recommend you cater for just under the number of guests you anticipate – expect some cancelations, some dieters and some guests with allergies. Our portions are based on a 2″ x 1″x 6” dessert slice; all cakes are approximately 6” tall and are made with three layers of cake and two layers of frosting.
6″ cake – approx 12 portions
8″ cake – approx 24 portions
10″ cake – approx 38 portions
12″ cake – approx 56 portions
Can I schedule a consultation?
Absolutely. Consultations are available by appointment only. Head on over to the Order Form page to request a consultation.
Can I pay at pick-up?
No. All cake orders require a 50% retainer to hold the date and must be fully paid off two weeks prior to pick-up.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Although cake tastings are generally reserved for weddings you are more than welcome to inquire about purchasing one. Each cake tasting box is $30 and includes three mini cakes of your choice flavor and filling. A three-week minimum notice is required for all tastings and the fee must be paid at the time of booking.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery starts at $45+ for residential and $65+ for hotels and casinos on The Strip. Pick-up is also available although some cakes are not suitable for pick-up due to their large size or structure.
How early should I order?
As soon as you’re ready to start planning! A month’s notice is highly recommended as dates fill up quickly. If you are celebrating a milestone event such as a wedding or graduation it is worth is to enquire at least 5-6 months in advance.
Do you offer gluten or allergy free desserts?
No, all cakes are made in a kitchen that handles other allergens such as gluten, nuts, fruits, alcohol, dairy, eggs and more, therefore cannot be certified allergy free. Please inform us if you have allergies at the time of placing an order.
How do I place an order?
Please complete the Order Form and include the date of your event, number of guests and theme, if possible. Once I confirm availability, I will email you to discuss your design ideas and pricing or to schedule a consultation for a more detailed look into your order. If you would like to book, you can then secure the date with a 50% retainer. This can be paid via credit card or cash. The remaining balance on the order is due two weeks before your event.
